Room cleaning staff are really out of the ordinary; front desk people are kind.
Unfortunately the rest (bed, comfort...) is not at the minimum desired level, especially for the price paid. Furthernore, I discover that breakfast price is variable, in these last days is double (12 EUR!!!!) that in other period. I prefer to avoid any comment about its quality....
General condition and maintenance of the hotel should also improve.
I'm sure you'll find something better nearby.

Excellent hotel for this price. Good location. Friendly staff /especially reception/. Varietyu0026 tasty breakfast. My room was clean without any problems. Wi-fi connection was weak u0026slow but it's typical problem for all full/crowded places with free internet.

It was a short stay, and I enjoyed this hotel immensely. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. I saw that there're different types of rooms: some of them are smaller and somewhat outdated, mine, however, was really large, with a terrific view at the area.
Speaking of which: the location couldn't be more perfect, just a few steps from the S-Bahn Charlottenburg.
I appreciated the later check-in at 11:30.
Cleanliness is top-notch.
Cons: Somewhat old-school style to leave a key at the reception whenever you leave the hotel. Also, can get noisy, due to the vicinity of the S-Bahn station, but other than that no complaints.

Looking for last minute accommodations in Berlin and there were very few, reasonably priced options available. This one was selected by accident. It was marked as being refundable, by paying extra. Which I did. I went to cancel more than a day before and was told they would not refund the charges.

The room is a small step up from a hostel. You have a private room and bathroom. It is across the street from a S Bahn station. This is good and bad. Good as it makes getting around easier. Bad as it can get a little loud with the windows open.

I was very happy to have not gotten the breakfast. Even if it had been free. It would have been a bit overpriced.

There is very little of interest in the area.

Be aware that there is a strip club right next door. It was closed during my visit. So I am not sure of the impact of noise, etc

The hotel is clean and well maintained and our room was comfortable - except for what passes as a double bed in Europe (2 singles pushed together). Breakfast was excellent. But the staff were just plain rude. On leaving we were bullied into paying 5 Euros for a rubber ring that had allegedly fallen off our room key fob. We were harrangued and humiliated. It felt like we were being accused of trashing our room. This place is a disgrace to the Berlin tourism industry.

Not bad. Room is clean and relatively freshly renovated. Service is somewhat limited and if you want to go out after 23.00 (during my stay) you had to go up to the breakfast room to grab the staff member to open the door.

All in all certainly fair for the low price.

Breakfast is a little basic, but I am not a big breakfast person anyway.

Great hotel, good position close to metro and the city. Rooms are a little bit old but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is continental, good taste, maybe they can offer more variety but there are everything for a good wake up! Receptionists are very kind and polite.
