The staff act as if they are doing favors, while you pay 100€ per day. Typical Charlotenburg. Stay away if you have options.

I travel on a budget and this was a good hotel for me. HUGE breakfast with many options. Friendly Staff. Be aware of many steps.
Clean room and clean bathroom. I have stayed there a couple of times and will continue to give this Hotel my business. Close to many shops, Restaurant, bus stops and a train station close by.

For the price and quality I would say it rivals a high 3* hotel bordering a 4*. The rooms are nice and big and the beds are definitely good enough to sleep in. It's no 5* experience but for what you pay for you get a nice bed at a real good location, s-bahn right outside and u-bahn around the corner.

Paid 770€ for 4 people for a week and I am far from disappointed!

Go here for a cheaper visit in Berlin and a decent included breakfast!

Good location and specious rooms. The rooms and the beddings were clean and nice. The location just across from the S Bahn and U Bahn is very convenient. There are very few room amenities. The shower is quite flimsy as the shower head cannot be raised to a convenient level. The electricity was a bit fidgety. The breakfast is quite good.

Very basic, clean hotel. Staff is helpful and nice. Breakfast is good. The location is quite perfect. You have access to bus u0026 underground around the corner, as well as grocery stores and restaurants.

Stayed for two nights. Breakfast and rooms are ok considering the price and the location. Close to public transportation - especially helpfull when you do come by train or bus.
Staff is friendly and tries to accommodate your requests.
Would come again.

Very basic, has what you want. Cleaners arrived everyday to give new towels. Breakfast is included, with the typical breakfast items. Toast, cereal, yoghurts, hams, cheeses, eggs, etc. With the typical drinks too. Close to the S-bahn which was very good transport. Also near shops if you didnt want to go far. In a really good location. The walls were pretty thin though and at times you could hear next door coughing etc. You get what you pay for as the prices are pretty good. I travelled alone, one bed, one bathroom which had a shower, wardrobe and desk with chair. Also contained a TV. It also included free Wi-Fi
