Staff were friendly and nice but I doubt if it worths the value of a 4-star hotel.

The hotel location was quite good , convenient! However, as it’s close to public transportation S, so it was a bit noisy.

For cleanliness, once we entered the room, we found hairs on the pillow which was a bit disgusting.

I would be back only if they either offer more discounts on booking rooms or improvements on cleanliness.

Overall was acceptable.

The room was good and good view.
good location for public transportation or even to go walking.
Unfortunately had the bad experience with the housekeeping that aren't good in cleaning the ???? ( had more hair there that in my father's head????u200d???? ????????) but was very efficient in getting my dress for herself that I forgot behind the bathrooms door after we checkout ???????? . Got in touch with the hotel and the answer was that the "department didn't found anything"

After long pandemic time the whole family decided to have a short stay in Berlin. The air conditioning did not really worked during our stay, so that we can not really sleep before 12:00 in the middle night. As the other feedbacks stated, it seems that after so long time the elevator has not been repaired so far, thus all guests have to wait for long time, especially when man have the room on 6 or 7 floor. The breakfast and the service are always great as we had.
in total it was unfortuanately Not-Nice experience at NH hotel and I was really disappointed. Looking forward to the improvements.

I recommend getting a room in the original building. The rooms are bigger in the new building, but getting to the room was through a lot of doors an corridors, even crossing the parking lot. Not ideal when carrying a suitcase and would be a nightmare if you are in a wheelchair or if you are coming with children in trollies. The new building is also closer to the railway and you can get a room close to the noise. The hotel is close to S bahn and underground. You get around easily with a 9 Euro Ticket. Service and rooms as expected.

This Hotel is GREAT! The beds were THE BEST, They were Comfy and good,
The breakfast buffet was Immaculate! the location was good! it was next to a metro station. 5 STARS!!!

We stayed 4 amazing nights , The receptionists are very professional 24hrs they will help you in whatever you need and very respectful- housekeeping team is very clean , Location is perfect as it’s a high end area , will definitely be back!

nice hotel, very clean. position is very good. rooms and bathroom are not so large. breakfast is very very good, but very very expensive.
