Worst service ever! I'm pregnant and chose this club because they had Prenatal Yoga classes 5 times a week. I came to the club and signed up for a 4 month membership (they had a summer price of 99 euros for the whole period). I was told that these classes are new and if there are less than 3 people registered for the class, the class will be cancelled. Because of this rule, before signing the contract, I asked the girl at the front desk if there was any chance that this “Prenatal yoga” classes would be canceled at all, and I was told that it was not possible. So in a month I was only able to visit two classes (most classes were canceled) and recently this “Prenatal yoga” was canceled at all. So I called to the club, explained the whole situation and asked for my money back. But the owner said that he does not care and will not return my money. And this whole story is not about money, it’s about responsibility, which he did not want to take. His employee made a mistake and gave me the wrong information and I wasted a month waiting for the classes but nobody really care.
They don't care about customers, they only care about money and themselves. They believe that they have lost one "small" person - their client, but they lose much more - the club's reputation and good karma, which, unfortunately, mean nothing to these people.
