Room is very big and clean, and location is good but the decor is dated. Bathroom was nice and updated. Doesn't include any extras for the price, definitely more like a 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel (no coffee maker, but they gave us a tiny tea kettle and cups by request, but of course didn't include any coffee or tea). Breakfast is outrageously priced. However, staff is very friendly and it is in easy vicinity to the subway and bus stations.

The staff is really nice, the rooms are always clean when you get back. During this hard time the staff manages to make the stay easy and contactfree. The breakfast is usually a buffet but now it's a pre-order but still it's very nice and you can choose between light, sweet and meaty :)

Always a pleasant stay here. A little dated these days but well maintained. Would be nice if the bar opened at some point. Stayed here 3 times and never seen the bar open. It looks pristine but that's no surprise as no one is allowed near it. Lost a star for lack of bar.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room is a really decent size and very clean. Only downside is my partner and I booked a double room and what we got was two single mattresses pushed together and two single duvets. We made do but was a bit disappointed and a little confused.

The hotel was nice and the location was fantastic. The staff could be a bit friendlier, but they were always able to help. The rooms were clean, and the bed comfy (but not sure why we had 2 single duvets rather than 1 double).

Absolutely lovely hotel, staff incredibly friendly and the rooms are lovely and spacious. Brought my girlfriend to berlin for Christmas and this hotel was outstanding for comfort and flexibility in regards to whatever you need from food to toiletries. Would highly recommend if you're ever planning on visiting Berlin!!

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Rooms were spotless and very spacious. Air conditioned and mini bar. Staff organised a bottle of wine on arrival. Highly recommend.
