Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down.

A very nice hotel, loved the terrace lounge on the tenth floor. The view of the city is amazing and the service is also quite nice. The staff were very helpful.

Directly located in the center of Berlin this hotel is suited for a short trip into the city. The rooms are very tiny but provide everything that you want from TV to a clean and proper shower. There's no restaurant in the hotel, but as you're located in the city there's plenty of options close by. The hotel has an outstanding terrace with a beautiful view to the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. Depending on time and occupancy this is only available for hotel guests. It's not a five star hotel but what you get for your money is definitely worth the stay.

Surprisingly good.
Rooms are decently isolated.
Room was modern and clean.
Not very spacious but if you only use the room just to sleep in it's more than sufficient.
Rooftop bar deserves 5 stars.

15th floor has a nice view.

Love this M1. Wonderful vibe, location is great, the views…., and the lounge is an excellent choice for coffee or a scene. It generally all feels well organized. The food offering in the lounge is quite weak so don't plan on a late night dinner/snack there.

Hotel, service and cleaning were very correct. Continental breakfast and space to eat comfortably. Very well located near Ku'Damm. Also there's a bar at the 10th floor, nice place for a drink. The negative topic is the room, too small

I'm sad to have to write this review, however I did give management a chance to reply to the problems I had staying here last month and I never heard back. That of itself tells you that they really don't care about their guests.
I booked a room and paid extra for a larger one. My nightmare at this hotel started with check in. I should have known from the get-go, to have exited stage left while I had the chance. The girl at the reception was unfriendly, rude u0026 officious, I guess that is the norm if you are staying in a prison! My room was roomy and clean, however anything good about it stops there. It was on the 4th floor, had no real light coming in as, I was surrounded by tall buildings. The room had to be 82 degrees, and as there is no A/C in any room at this prison, I had to open my window. What a mistake that was! The only view I had was of 3 large heater/ AC units, obviously only for public areas, that were really loud. If I closed the windows, the room was hot if I opened them I was deafened. Great choice. It doesn't end there. One night I was so warm I decided I'd take the noise so I could at least be cooler. What a mistake that was. I woke up at around 3 am with buzzing sounds, my room was swarming with mosquitos that must have been breeding in the puddles that were on the flat roof that was part of my fabulous view. I was bitten from head to toe. In fact 2 weeks later I still have the war wounds to prove it.
Motel One prides itself for being affordable, I paid 600 for 3 nights, I could have stayed at any decent hotel with AC u0026 friendly staff for that money.
I will NEVER step foot in a Motel One again in my life. What a complete waist of money!
