This tour is horrific. The tickets promote busses every 15 minutes. We waited more than 45 minutes at several stops for a bus to arrive. We saw other tour companies make 3 stops for every one stop for Der Tempelhofer. It should be called Hop Off and get stranded! Pick one of the companies with newer red busses. They seem to operate many more busses.

Great tour-guide, Andreas was exceptional! The live-commentary was a very nice touch, allowing questions in real time and the witty jokes were a great bonus.

If you want a bus to stop at shopping places and food venues this is the tour. If you want to see places like the Brandenburg gate, choose a different line. Drove right on past and didn't stop to let us out even though it was on the list of stops. Not impressed.

Wonderful tour bus with al guide giving you that extra. Guide Joshua is knowledgeable, witty and charming. Keep him and give him a raise, together with ticket seller Nicole, who is most helpful.

Worst sightseeing company EVER. They told us that the buses came every 15 minutes. We waited in the bus stop for 40 MINUTES, facing a 0°C cold. This is a completely lack of respect. Also, the vehicles are old and stinky.

Do not use this bus tour service. They only speak German and throw in some English at the end. Also was treated very rudely by the guide, as the only 2 english speakers on the bus, she made out as though it was a burden she had to translate the tour and called us out publicly for this. Would never use again.

Seit 2009 fahre ich 1x Jährlich mit diesem Top Unternehmen. Ich nehme zu 98% Andreas. Er ist der beste Tourgide. Was die Leistung der anderen nicht schmälern soll. Eigentlich wollte ich das 10 Jährige Jubiläum 2019 mit einer lieben Freundin und Andreas feiern. Leider war er zu diesem Zeitpunkt in seinem wohlverdienten Urlaub. Dafür konnte ich das jetzt nach holen. Und es war wie immer super.
Ich freue mich auf nich viele weiter Fahrten.
Ich kann nur eines sagen, Fahrt mit diesem Unternehmen.
