One is paying for the location, not the room nor the equipment in room or the cleanliness of the room.

Location is awesome, room is very shabby, decor and furniture are super old, ancient.

Upon arrival, I found the room trashbin with empty bottles in it left outside in the balcony, evidently the cleaning team missed that….

With 15% more budget, one can find much more decent options in the area.

There is incredible hospitality at this hotel. everyone is trying to get support in the difficult situation. We are infinitely grateful that we were given a large room free of charge and even with breakfast. There were a lot of other Ukrainian refugees in the hotel and it shows the humanity of the host. Many thanks for everything, we are very grateful to you and wish you many guests in your wonderful hotel.

Photos of the hotel and the interior are extremely misleading. It looks like a very nice place to say on Google but in person it was a huge disappointment, Red carpet to the front door and a very nice looking reception area with a nice guy who helped us check in, that's as far as the positives go, the carpets looked like I was in the shinning and the rooms are very outdated and dirty, my curtains had rips in them, The bed wasn't really a bed, it was a sofa with a mattress on top of it so not tall person friendly at all, the biggest let down was no air-conditioning in the room, having to open the windows and leave them open my entire stay as the whole hotel is really humid, I was on the back side of the hotel so my window was next to a courtyard and at 7am every day the employees were super loud banging things around waking me up.

Extremely disappointed with my stay and will look elsewhere next time I'm in Berlin.

Very old, poor, noisy and warm rooms. No elevator before reception desk. Extremely small and uncomfortable bathroom with damaged shower. Breakfast was decent. My husband's bed cracked and broke in the middle of the night. We definitely won't come back.

Just arrived. I dont see a book for instructions. How everything works. Looks clean. But pictures on website make it look better then it really is. Its oke, location is top! I see renovation was not there because of corona, but the price is maybe a bit too much for the state the rooms are now.

The room was dirty, with stims on the carpet, and the wall is crumbling.
The closet was not clean, and broken.
The is no air-conditioning, only a fan, that you can plug in.
They don't clean the room unless you ask for it
The breakfast was very bad..
But the location is amazing!!

NOT RECOMMENDED
INDECENT CLEANING, stains on the carpet and cigarette burns on the curtain.
On the second day, when I came back to the room, I realize that the cleaning had not been done, they tell me that they are on reservation, so I book it for the next day. The next day when I enter the room I find a change of towel but the bed still as I had left it, I had removed a pillow case and placed the pillow on the bedside table because it had fallen on the floor and it was still there, also the bathroom was visibly dirty. I reported this and expect them to come back the next day. The next day the bed was made but the bathroom still dirty at all.
POOR BREAKFAST, buffet with little choice and poor food, no plant milk option.
NO WI-FI, it only worked on the first evening, after which I had to use 4G because there was no connection at all.

Not acceptable.
