Nightclub first, hotel second.

The hotel is located centrally and it is easy to get around with public transportation. The room was nice and spacious enough, but keep in mind that they informed us that they had given us their largest room on the floor because of noise. Room was clean and a good firm bed. Staff was friendly.
The hotel however has a major flaw. They are running a nightclub on the ground level. This would be fine if investments had been made to ensure that noise from the nightclub did not travel directly up to the rooms. I regard the ability to sleep to be one of the primary reasons for booking a hotel. As the owners of this hotel prioritizes the nightclub first and foremost, the score reflects this. But if you are looking for a centrally located hotel and partying all night is the priority, plus you aren't bothered falling a sleep in a very noisy environment, this might be it for you. If you are looking for a hotel where you can sleep in peace look elsewhere.
Will however recommend for stag parties and similar groups.

I had such a great time in Berlin and I stayed at this hotel the whole time. The rooms are really nicely designed especially the bathrooms. The staff was so helpful and kind, specifically Martina and Carmo. It’s only a 10 minute walk to all of the museums and there’s plenty of food and shops 5 minutes from the hotel. Highly recommend

Positives: Great location, comfortable room

Negatives: We called a month in advance to add a night to the beginning of our stay. The gentleman on the phone said it was taken care of, but that we wouldn't receive a confirmation. He reassured us that the additional night was added. When we arrived, there was no record of the added night, and no rooms available. Luckily Circus Hotel down the street had a vacancy! Unfortunately due to the mix-up, we ended up missing the boat cruise we had tickets for.

Well, this is an okay Hotel at its price. Don’t be fooled by the pictures it looks fancy but the quality is not great.

+ Price
+ Location
+ Bed size

- Staff are quite rude and not very helpful when we had issues with our room I was ignored and basically called stupid on the phone when we called to get help
- Takes forever to check in and out and they don’t inform that what they are offering costs extra
- Pillows were horrible
- Noisy air conditioning
- Slow shower

I have stayed here in the past many times. Most of the time I had a room on top floor. Friendly, quiet and good breakfast. Everything you need is in walking distance. ????

Hotel hosted extremely loud parties both nights we stayed there - with DJ, people singing along, stomping on the floor etc. I see other reviews mentioning the same thing months ago - so that is probably the way they conduct their business. I don’t know who would want a hotel, where you are actually unable to sleep?! For your own sake, stay away. No discount is worth the misery.

Very kind staff. Rooms are dirty, not cleaned well. Dust everywhere. Also crammed, not good for business trips if you need to work from the room. Water pressure of shower is very low. Great location
