What keeps me coming back is how friendly the staff is, they always welcome with a smile. Also most of the staff speaks good English and the ones who don’t they try their best.
I appreciate costumer service and they offer that for sure.

Gym in itself is nothing special and not fancy but it has most equipment and it’s clean.
There used to be a sauna but sadly is not there anymore

Super friendly u0026 helpful staff. The gym isn’t the fanciest but I don’t think that’s important, it has everything you need, it’s never too busy and as a young woman I feel very safe there. 5/5! :)

Decent gym with a bit of a 90s vibe at a great location.
(Mind you: the 90s was my "Golden Age", so I'm not knocking it.)
They've got all the usual machines and a lot of courses, but I've only been doing cardio there and it looks like they've got all you need except for my personal favorite for play after work: a freestyle area with monkey bars.
Personnel is very nice and helpful and I really enjoy the little sauna.

Badly organized and not costumer-orientated. I was a client for 3 years with my family. They where totally unavailable during Corona (no letters, email, phone, fax) to discuss options. I first continued paying to support them. Then I terminated my contract in a written form, official envelope - could not be distributed. Corona is over, they start to bill me. I refuse the bank withdrawal. And they want a 10€ fine for the 8€ withdrawal ("sorry that we where out of reach; you have to stay in the contract; and we bill you 18€ instead of 8€"). Guys, you disappointed me. That's not how it works.

Fit am Rosenthaler Platz is an excellent Fitness Club. I am a member since 2004 after being member in other clubs. Here you have excellent trainers who help you with new exercises according to your issues. The crew is always in a good mood, whatever happens. I love the people there, mixed from all professions, cultures and age. You can look sexy and you can look lousy, you can look how you like to be. Even in this Corona crisis they do everything according the regulations and still have a smile on their face. I been to fitness clubs in Paris and Mumbai, but this one I really love. And by the way the courses go from Jiu Jitsu to Rehab classes. Only Zumba is closed because of Corona.

It is not big and a bit old, but has everything you need and has a cool sense of being at the grind. The personal is very nice, speak english if needed and the older gentleman corrects or helps with exercises if you need. Very pleased with my visit

Worse gym ever!! I've been to a lot of gym's in Berlin but this one is the worse so far. I came on sunday afternoon and It's not clean and the service is horrible. As a woman I did not had a comfortable feeling at all by the employee. It's small and had to wait long for the equipment. Thank god I had a free trial pass. And I never have to come back again.
