I wasn’t in love with this hotel. I feel it was not much value for the price. While the garden view was very pretty, and the room comfortable enough — the internet was unbearably slow and there wasn’t much else to do but stay in my room. They dont have a restaurant so you can’t eat apart from at breakfast. It didn’t help that the area was pretty residential either.

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were a treat...really tasty. Five minute walk from the u-bahn. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Berlin. Great experience.

A nice hotel in a good location (23 minutes by metro to the Brandenburg Gate). Tge district is very quiet. Rooms are big with plenty of space, tidy and with comfortable beds. The breakfests are delicious. A small parking space is available but you need to book it first. The only minus is that the reception is closed after 10:00 pm.

Worst hotel in Germany and I’ve stayed in atlest 10 by now. Their wifi wasn’t working the entire time I was there, and they wouldn’t let me checkout and get refunded for my stay. They forced me to pay the fees without fixing their wifi.
I was working so I had to use the lobby wifi at midnight.
Also the rooms are very different from the ones on their website. It’s old and has weird smell in the rooms.
The manger was rude and didn’t really care about the guests, all they care is that they can charge you the money and not provide the service.
Definitely do no recommend.

BIG CHEATER!

They told me they were trying to hold 0.01€ on my credit card for reservation so I gave my card details but the the bank did not authorise because the hotel management actually tried to charge €60 instead of holding/checking. They clearly LIED and TRIED TO CHEAT. I had to cancel my reservation because I just couldn’t trust a hotel like this where they lie to customers and charge without informing. I will post all screenshot of my correspondence with the hotel where they clearly lied to my face about charging the amount.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE CHEATERS!!!
