Very disappointed by our stay in this hotel. The rooms were not clean, dust was flying everywhere. Strong smell of urine from the sink in the bathroom. No freezer or mini-bar in the room (although there was a place for it). The kettle provided in the room had so strong smell of acetic acid that we had to boil it three times before we could drink from it. Very poor breakfast for the 4-star hotel: coffee from the kettle (no coffee-machine) with disgustable taste, little choice of dishes.
The location of the hotel is good (the only good thing concerning this hotel), the underground is in 200 meters, the trip to the center not very long, that is why two stars instead of 1.

Good location with a few hundred metres to the U9 which was great for exploring the city. Friendly welcoming staff upon arrival who spoke good English. Hotel very clean and tidy. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We had a good night's sleep. The hotel is a little dated but not too bad. Would recommend. We didn't have breakfast so couldn't comment about it.

Very nice hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. Staff is very polite. Rooms are really good and there is no outside noise. There is a TV in the room and air conditioner. They also give you coffe, tea and sparkling water for free in the room every day. In this hotel you have everything you need and U-Bahn station is a minute away from it. Definitely recommend if you are staying in Berlin!

The neighborhood is quiet and very neat, lots of restaurants very close to the hotel. A metro station very close to the hotel, the U9 takes you easily to important spots. The hotel is quite new and very clean, excellent staff and, when you come back at night, you can have a great cold beer at the bar in the hall. If you feel to, you can also have a chat with people sitting at the counter.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful part of Berlin. Staff were most helpful. Breakfast excellent with plenty of options to suit most tastes. Rooms were small but more than adequate with good bathroom and bed. Overall I would recommend this nice hotel

Loved the older styling throughout the hotel that gave it class. The place felt older but was very clean and kept in great working order. The staff was always incredibly nice and helpful and if you need to buy public transit tickets, I'd recommend you do it from them as it is far easier than trying to use the automated machines.

Very noisy in the morning. Awake at 5 am by glass bottles being trashed. Wifi connection is much too slow with lots interruptions. Nothing has been done to fix the problem. There is almost nothing around to eat. Design is a bit old.I do not recommend this hotel.
