I like the place. It has open space and a cute little shop. There is an outside terrace that is perfect for sunny and warm days. I had the poached eggs (listed as HAUS EGGS YOUR WAY on the menu) with an extra sourdough waffle. The eggs were perfectly poached, and the waffle taste was interesting as I’m not used to sourdough waffles. The staffs were friendly and nothing to complain about. They also accept cards payment, which is a good extra point. It’s better to make a reservation on weekends to avoid disappointment. If you are into checking different cafes, I recommend putting this place on your list.

Hallesches Haus has been one of my favorite places in Berlin for the last 5 years.

I love everything about this place. The food is always fresh and delicious, the staff very kind and the building is just amazing.

We love to go there especially on the weekends for the brunch and then some shopping in the deco store they have.

The drinks are also very yummy and in summer the garden is just the best!

Not a long time ago I went to this place for breakfast. The place is very bright and spacious and that's why I really liked it. I sat down at the terrace and there was a reservation at the table but it was coming at 12pm and it was just 11am so for me it was fine, I just wanted to eat breakfast. I ordered and while I was eating my breakfast one male staff member came to my table with other people saying that this is a reserved table and he needs a table back. At this point it was 11.30am. I was a bit confused. The reservation came early but I had another 30 minutes and was in a middle of eating. He eventually found another table but his approach wasn't cool at all. I'm giving 3stars because the place is nice, good is good but the staff needs to learn how to speak with their guests.

Very friendly services. Simple menu, not much options but nice food and good presentation. Had ordered poached eggs but turned out were boiled eggs. Grill tomatos were not really grilled. A bit disappointed with this. Overall is fine.

This place is great for brunch or breakfast. The staff was really friendly, even though we didn’t have a reservation they’ve squeezed us in (2 people). The waffle dish had very unique taste, eg peas purée, ideally you take a little of everything from your plate at once. One downside was price for extra bacon, two small slices for €3.50 is a tad too much.

When I saw the menu first, I thought I wont be satisfied, and even thought going to another place after.
But, it was one of the best brunches I had in Berlin. Cool atmosphere, good coffee, and a generous/delicious brunch.

It's a very typical Berlin place (in a good sense): open space, store u0026 café. I was late for brunch, unfortunately, so I got a cheese toast, carrot cake and coffee. And I was glad. Salty lemon lemonade was pretty interesting - it's good when you're thirsty
