This place could actually be quite nice, but for some reason the city's administration is keeping it in a truly terrible state. They just opened it again after (literally) years of "renovation", with the result that it looks worst than when they closed it.
The only thing not to miss, in case you are going through the square, are the murals on the North end. They got vandalized already, and they will get more, but I think they're mostly still visible!

Peaceful area. Is a pity they have not invented to make this place more beautiful; it has all the potential!

I gave this 5 stars for the potential this place has. I love the idea of neighborhoods and villages. I feel it is a necessity for humanity to have the best quality of life. This place was under construction and seemed to have been forgotten about or fearfully transitioning away from this ideal but if it does go in this ideal direction. It would be the best way to create the feeling of a village in a city in a unique and aesthetically pleasing way.
