Poor. Could you hear up stairs due to flapping canvas..
Downstairs fumes terrible when bus not moving.
25 euros each then made to buy an upgraded mask for 2 euros each after the first stop!
Con.
Driver didn’t even wear a mask.
Pretty boring.

We had wonderful experience with Gray Line Sightseeing. We bought tickets online and checked twice ability to join one of buses at regular stop on route, the site assured us that we no need to print tickets, and we can show electronic version. We joined bus, and conductor-driver let us in, after checking our tickets, all was great. Second time we decided join bus as well as first time, the conductor-driver didn't accept e-tickets, but he let us going with them till main stop for printing tickets. In main office, the manager was really nice and kind, she gave us tickets with longer time, also she presented bottles of water it that was feel great

The yellow line was great. but purple line - bus was onld and super cold. Did not stop anywhere, even for a second. Would not tell where the stops were to know where to get out....

Bus to the Outlets was excellent.

Bus from the Outlets we had 3 issues:
1. Bus did not pick us up where it was marked on the stage, but instead it went to the stage across the road. So who was first in line ended up being last. Do correct signs if you are going to be picked up from a different stage.
2. A/C was not switched on, asked driver and was ignored.
3. Driver was rude. Asked to open storage to put pushchair and he said when I have time I will come. We ended up opening the storage ourselves...

The bus driver out to the outlet was a good driver and very polite.
The bus driver back from the outlet didn't say anything, he was nerarly an hour late because of the Pride parade in Berlin, and he stopped on another place, without saying anything to us in the bus, so didn't understand that this was the place to get off the bus.
When we called the bus companies office because the bus didn't show up in time, they just said the bus will be there any minute, the any minute was 30 min long.
There where no information and no apology. The bus company should know from the beginning about the Pride parade.

The bus stops are very hard to find and had to run after the bus driver who let us on at a red light. After a few hop ons we got a really awful driver who wouldn't accept our tickets even though it clearly said they were tickets but after shouting at us in German for a solid 2 minutes he let us on. He drove way to fast and slammed hard on the breaks causing the 2 older Asian couple to scream. The voice on the audio guide was played way too early and had finished talking by the time we passed the attraction. I'd recommend doing a different tour bus.

It was wonderful until 17:00 when the bus driver said we were "finished" u0026 to get off the bus!!!!!! Not at the tour company area- just wherever we were!!!
I was alone with my dog (husband in a meeting),
had no idea how to use public transit as I had paid for a tour I understood would return me to the starting place so I did not research this possibility,
it was dark,
I didn't have any idea where I was, how to call a taxi or even ask anyone on the street for help b/c I know only very basic German.
It was terrible.
