Worst McDonald I visited so far. They dont have receipt paper in the self-service machines. They dont have paper towels (in the rare event they have it they throw you some crumpled) . They dont have boxes for burgers. And in evening they dont have burgers at all. Tables and benches are dirty. Ice tea has some weird chunks floating in it.

This place is ruining McDonald's fpr me, hamburger is cold and bately had anything in it, place is filthy, the seats and tables are bately cleaned....

Ordered 2 cheeseburger and got 2 Chicken burgers. How can someone fail such a easy order... Of course i realized it when i was at home.
Also toilets are so dirty! No toilets papers. Very bad smell, soap machine is broken and falling aparts.
No cleaning gel in the machine next to the self ordering points. Good luck cleaning your hands when everything is empty or broken.
Some of the customers are rudes, doesn't seems like they are germans people, speaking some arabic very loud in the building, and they just cut the waiting queue adn everybody and ask cashier for extra stuff. One of them just went behind desk to pick up something, and none ofthe workers seems to be surprised.
This is definitely the worst McDonald's ever in the whole world so far.
Not a German friendly place for sure .

I wanted I've but... Most of the products we're out of order... Bad experience, they didn't tell me anything about or say something about it.
Pretty bad of them, please communicate for the next time.

This is not the standard of McDonald’s we all are used to and coming for. Order completeness status is switched on on the screen and then I have been said that order is not done yet, which then lasts for 15 more minutes. Coffee is cold by that time, all burgers are untidy packed, one extra random burger in the bag, which I didn’t order with a comment “Extra is not less”. I felt like in a Späti or Döner place, not in McDonald’s.

Ordered a large amount of food with some other people and they delivered it very quick and felt like it was freshly prepared. Just the cleanliness of the place was not excellent, but it didn't bother me at all actually. So 5 out of 5 ⭐ with the deficit of the cleanliness.

The neighborhood looks pretty unfriendly with construction sites all around the restaurant. During my visit, table service was not functioning.
