Honestly speaking my feeling about this KFC is good with the other staff I have always met, but this particular day ,17-07-2022 this man Mr Micheal Frey, he does not deserve to work here, he is not customer Friendly, I witness many customer complian of him, until he show is ugly behavior towards me. To keep customer coming to this place this man doesn't deserve to be a good representative of KFC. He is rude, aggressive and ummanned. He ruined my day

The food was eatable apart from the french fries that were very savoury !! One of the employees was particularly friendly. The only thing we can't explain today is! What was still doing there at work? Since she was conspicuously pregnant ???? I think it's not a good thing for the image of the business ???? We are really sad for her ????

The food is terrible and stale. They are cutting corners and I think the location has a lot to do with the quality of food. They really don’t care.
Please don’t eat or order from them.
The burgers were made with chicken tenders instead of a full breast and the tenders were stale and very dry.
Their bucket was filled with old meat that was not even warmed.
Disgusting!!!!

This is the best KFC store in Berlin. We have visited almost all other KFC stores until we met this team. They are so helpful, professional and friendly. Even if you can't speak German they help you in English. They provide your orders correct and if you are not pleased with it, they just change it, so you can eat what you want how you want. Thanks to Karim and Aylin they are amazing! Always happy to see them. They keep smiling always. This is amazing! And Mohammed at the oven is also doing a great job, busy all the time. Nice people. Good quality, delicious chicken. Just go and eat!

KFC never fails. Normally very tasty. The only drawback is how they are not always willing to listen to what pieces of chicken I want if I am buying multiple pieces. Then I end up throwing away what I did not want but had to pay for. Otherwise a very nice place. Wish it was closer to me.
