We had 6 day training at this venue and found the service quite average. Rooms and conference/training halls are really nice, however there was a lot of repetition of food. Breakfast was good but plenty of choice. Over all service was not very passionate or caring; Staff seemed tired and at times not attentive or just not interested. We had a group of 32 people staying and between 5-10 people were not able to check-in till four o'clock as rooms were not ready from the previous event.

I also want to give a particular appreciation to the food staff and especially the wonderful chef who made that excellent spinach and pineapple smoothie and was good enough to tell me his recipe and then let me take a whole bottle when it was left over. My entire experience of every staff member I cam in contact with was positive. This was my first time in Berlin and all of you made it a very wonderful experience.

Great hotel, service was alright.
Enjoyed the free refreshements in the minibar.
However the room missed a bathrobe.
Rooms were cleaned around 10-11 am.
Food card was a bit normal for lunch.

Rooms were clean. Staff helpful but some hiccups - failed to give me a wake call as requested. Air conditioner wasn't working and heat was intolerable for sleeping - took two days to fix it after multiple complaints from guests. But it was great once working. Food was very average for exorbitant pricing. Location was great though. The wifi was also superb and as this was a business trip, I really appreciated it (I moved to this hotel from another where the wifi was so poor I ended up using roaming data). Room cleaning was ok - missed a few things and didn't clean room on at least one day, but I may have left it too late for them that day.

Nice place and very central. Great breakfast buffet in the restaurant.
We had a nice apartment in a building next to the hotel. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the key one day and needed help from a locksmith to open the door - the hotel receptionist blamed us even though same thing had happened 2 weeks prior to this to another visitor. We therefore suggested that the hotel should inform better and refused to pay for the call out.
But apart from this incident, everything was very good

The hotel is good. Breakfast is amazing (with pancakes, eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit and bread). We talked to two people at the reception. There was no extra service. We had to ask for the discount in the parking garage and for a city map. No extra information was given which was too bad, but they did answer our questions.
Rooms are a good size and clean (pillows are flat as a dime though) . The location is good, walking distance of one of the centrums and metro close by.

Very friendly and professional staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. Rooms were neat and tidy. Conveniently located. No toothpaste in the bathroom. At full occupancy, it seemed were hard to adjust the heat of the shower. Hard to find a good balance between scalding and ice-cold. Still a very pleasant stay, thank you.
