We are very pleased with our journey with Glorismed. After considering and reviewing plenty of clinics in Israel, Turkey and Germany, we have been recommended to contact Glorismed by our family friend who had gone through the surgical treatment arranged by Glorismed team. We had sent the MRI and quickly received an initial diagnosis which turned out to be completely different from the one made by the local specialists in our home country who have been treating my mother for the wrong deasease for 2 years! Glorismed team had quickly found us the right clinic and doctor with all the subsequent information and reviews. The surgery has been done in DRK KLINIKEN BERLIN. The rehabilitation period was really comfortable and lasted for 7 days. Right now, my mother is feeling well and lives life to the fullest. We are very grateful for such a professional service.

All responses from German clinics offered a treatment option different from Moscow, namely, radiation therapy along with chemotherapy. Realizing that complex treatment gives much more chances to fight the disease, he quickly sent requests to two clinics in Germany and to Glorismed. It is worth noting that Glorismed was recommended to me by people who were treated in Berlin with a similar cancer. The most prompt response came from Glorismed, and we, without wasting time, decided to work with them (which we later did not regret at all). Последующие обследования проходили в институте им.Герцена в Москве, в котором данный диагноз подтвердился и звучал он как 3 стадия рака боковой стенки ротоглотки. Консилиум в Герцена давал только один вариант лечения – индукционная химиотерапия. Параллельно с обследованием в Герцена я отправил результаты анализов, КТ и заключений в несколько клиник и компаний, оказывающих услуги по лечению за границей, в Германии. Все ответы из немецких клиник предлагали, отличный от московского, вариант лечения, а именно – лучевую терапию вместе с химиотерапией. Понимая, что комплексное лечение значительно больше дает шансов для борьбы с болезнью, в ускоренном темпе разослал запросы в две клиники Германии и в компанию Glorismed. Стоит отметить, что в компанию Glorismed мне порекомендовали обратиться люди, которые проходили лечение в Берлине с похожим раковым заболеванием. Наиболее оперативный ответ пришел от Glorismed и мы, не теряя время, приняли решение работать с ними (о чем в последствии ничуть не пожалели). Сотрудники компании Glorismed, а также их руководитель Михаил максимально оперативно обработали документы для получения визы и менее чем через неделю брат отправился на лечение в Берлин в клинику Шарите. Также ребята организовали трансфер из аэропорта и помогли с арендой жилья. За двухмесячное пребывание на лечении все процессы с организацией лечения были выполнены на очень высоком уровне. Само лечение проходило тяжело, с побочными явлениями, но благодаря слаженной работе сотрудников Glorismed во взаимодействии с немецкими врачами брат прошел весь тяжелый путь в рамках плановых сроков. Также хочу отметить работу переводчиц компании Glorismed, которые всегда грамотно организовывали переговорный процесс с мед персоналом, так что брат не чувствовал вообще никакого дискомфорта в общении. Еще один плюс в оценку работы компании Glorismed могу поставить за то, что всегда предлагаются варианты организации лечения с выгодой для пациента, это тоже дорогого стоит и мы в этом не раз убедились. Glorismed организованна работа.
С первого обращения к Михаилу получил понятный порядок действий по поездке(формулировка проблемы,подбор специалистов,организация приезда)
Мне понравилась работа команды на всех этапах, чувствуется включённость в процесс! С докторами выстроены коммуникации, что облегчает общение на приемах.
Обращался по вопросам коксартроза и в отделение гастроэнтерологии. В первом случае был сделан рентген и проведена консультация, после которой немного успокоился, так как ничего критичного не было выявлено, но требуется наблюдение, потому что есть склонность к артрозу. На текущий момент это второе мнение,первичный осмотр делал в Москве.
По второму обращению были проведены колоноскопия,гастроскопия…
Доктор Ламберт, заведующая отделением,женщина с хорошей энергетикой, понятно объяснила, что на текущий момент, к счастью, все нормально????,но то образование в желудке, которое исследовали, нужно наблюдать!
Что касается стоимости и ценообразования, то все прозрачно!Есть стоимость услуг в клинике, есть оплата услуг glorismed. Предварительную стоимость получил перед поездкой, поэтому был готов. Стоимость высокая, но при этом остался доволен качеством работы на всех этапах .
