I booked 2 Queen rooms for my parents and me for 2 nights (20.05-22.05). My parents got the room on 5th floor and the elevator wasn't working for the whole stay! They had to use the stairs every time eventhough they deal with heart problems. There is no AC in room at 5th floor so after a hot day you can't breathe there. All you get is a fan... I don't recommend to stay there, definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Stayed here for a big pokemon go event in Berlin, great hotel, lovely room, gorgeous shower room, lovely staff, the only let down for me was that the only air conditioning was a desk fan and it was very warm so pretty much had it on all of the time in the room!

Room is well designed and clean, and lots of details for people with disabilities. Free minibar is great. The staff were all very helpful and did everything they could to help me. It's also a quiet area. I had 2 very good nights of sleep. If I come to Berlin again, I will choose this hotel.

Very descent and worth every penny hotel. In the heart of a wonderful district, full of shops if you want to, helpful staff all day and very close to means of transport and easy as well to find a parking spot if you drive to Berlin. Clean and tidy rooms where you fee really cosy. Worthy to mention the free bar, unusual for a hotel but welcome for any guest. Highly recommended.

Water is constantly hot and cold. Impossible to keep stable, at least in our room. Free mini bar is nice but it's just cola and waters. Breakfast was good. Furnishing and fittings seemed pretty cheap and flimsy but otherwise looked nice. Bed was too hard for my taste.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Bleibtreu. The facilities for its price are totally worth it and more. It is ideally located especially for those keen on shopping in Berlin. What made it stand out from ALL other hotels I've been was the free minibar in the room which was regularly replenished. Also, an apple each day at the bed side was just the perfect touch.

Very reasonably priced for the location. The hotel is towards the quieter end of Kurfürstendamm, but mere steps from public transport.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The replenished minibar and fresh apples are a lovely touch.
The mattress was quite firm, which wasn't to my liking. The decor was simple, but our double room was very spacious.
Unfortunately on the last night, some new (undoubtedly drunken) guests slammed the doors and stomped up and down the hall to the early hours, emphasising the thinness of the walls. The previous 4 nights were very peaceful.
I can't comment on the breakfast as 19 euro a day was simply out of our price range. There are numerous lovely breakfast spots in the immediate area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend!
