I was travelling and wanted a historic place to stay. This hotel is definitely that! I was sleeping and heard a clicking noise, and I woke up and there was a ghost standing above me. I recommend to anyone who wants a historic sleeping site. 10/10!

The hotel is well located. Three bus stops from Europa Center. But this is an old building, the soundproofing is very bad. We can hear the guy talking from behind the wall like as if he was in our room. There's also no air conditioner, it was hot. And there's no reception on weekends. Only available by phonecalls or WhatsApp.
The bathroom's bit small but very clean. TV's very small too. But we slept very well. Surprisingly we have not been woke up by neighbours in the morning.

This is a very well placed hotel for travellers in Berlin, close to S-Bahn station and many restaurants. The rooms are cozy, clean, maintaining the original features of the old building (such as wooden walls or floors). We enjoyed the quiet in the rooms which is broken only by the birds singing from the inner garden. The breakfast is all right. Good value for the money.

The location of the hotel is really good.
The rooms are really small and the bathroom is small as well.
The pressure of the water in the shower is reallu hard.
The breakfast offers not much choices. Coffee is free. Espresso based coffees cost extra.
It's a good hotel if you stay in Berlin for a few nights.

Very nice hotel. It is what we say value for money. The bulding and the rooms are a bit old, clean though. The breakfast is good with a lot of options. The hotel is located in a nice area near the shopping center and you can easily go to the main touristic areas by using either the bus or the metro in 10 min. Staff very helpful and kind.

One star is too much. Hotel owner was extremely rude to us. He took payment for our stay on Friday for which I had the receipt from my bank. He then tried to make us pay again on Sunday and witheld our luggage(in their storage for the day) until we had given him a second payment. There was no explanation. He shouted at me in front of our two year old and made me cry. He thought I couldn't speak German so then proceeded to make rude comments about me. The hotel didnt provide a cot for my 2 year old. He slept on a duvet on the floor. I am currently waiting to see if both payments go through and then ready to start the fight to get one payment back. Please...dont stay here. Not family friendly. Not people friendly. Not nice at all.
