Cute and small hotel with very friendly staff. Service is minimal so best for independent travelers not planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel. The room was okay but towels and linens very worn. Fantastic location.

Good location, excellent breakfast, every morning new food. Great small balcony. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Great pension!

Very nice hotel. I never liked the big chains and this is indeed a hotel with is own character. The rooms are high ceilinged, and have all the trimmings. I liked the water pressure in the showers. Breakfast was very nice, usually buffet style with lots of choice. If there are only a few guests for breakfast you get a high tea style breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, clean rooms and great communication with the management. The only downside i experienced was the carpet in our room which was quite rough, and the shower was quite small. Nonetheless a great stay in Berlin.

Lovely hotel, next to one of the biggest lanes in Berlin, with great stores and restaurants and what not.
The breakfast was great, not always as fresh as I'd like but there was plenty to choose. The coffee is delicious by the way.
I can obviously only account for my room, which was kinda small, especially the bathroom. But the bedding was changed ever day and the view of the 'Innenhof' was great.

Rooms are high ceilings and nice shower room. Old lift but working. Stairs large but need a tidy. But the breakfast is excellent and the best ever. Has garden area also. Staff are friendly. Location is good 2minutes from S-Bahn nice area
