Even though you cancel your ticket more than 30 days in advance, they still keep your money because of some fees not even mentioned on their website!!
Sure, they give you full refund in the form of voucher, funny though, because if you have a discount code , then you can't use for booking the ticket as there is only one place for "voucher" one the website.
Choose different operator, not them!

This company is trying hard, but it stumbles upon many organizational faults. So if you book and go on board one of their buses, prepare to be annoyed during your travel and not being on time at your destination and not because of traffic jams.

FlixTrain is the best marketing campaign for Deutsche Bahn. Exceptionally bad customer treatment and schedule management. I would post a picture of the train but it never showed up. Would also rather recommend to walk between German cities instead of trying to use FlixTrain.

They cancel your booking and then refuse to give you your money back, offering a voucher instead, which I will obviously not use after this experience. Illegal practice according to EU consumer protection rules.

Never ride with flixbus.
Delayed for 3 hour no one care.
Only answer they have just wait they don't even know when will it arrive.
Just add little bit more and use other company don't let this trash ruin your trip to europe

On Sunday, March 13, we had an accident that could have been fatal with the Flixbus company on the Marseille-Barcelona route. An hour after arriving in Barcelona THE DRIVER LOST CONSCIOUSNESS in the middle of the motorway while driving and it had to be a passenger who took control of the bus, while another passenger pulled the unconscious driver out of his seat. These two people prevented us from colliding and managed to stop the vehicle.
Once safely on the side of the highway, the driver, who recovered, wanted to RUN AWAY and abandon all the passengers in the middle of the highway, we had to call the police to prevent it.
The Flixbus company took three hours to send a replacement bus and we had a very hard time contacting this company. We have not received an apology or an explanation from the company and they are delaying our claim. THEY ALMOST KILLED US

Customer service is really bad. They deducted money from my account but never sent me a ticket and now they can’t find my payment and they don’t respond to my email to customer support. I’ve never had such a bad customer experience before.
