The hotel is in good location.
The price was fear according to around
Very quit and clean. No iron in the room I recommend to have one
The breakfast was, good and healthy choices.
Overall all for 1 night and sleeping it’s good
The staff are very kind, helpful and we had a good welcoming. It’s in busy road, near the Alexanderplatz
I will definitely come back to the hotel.
Highly recommended.

The hotel is located very conveniently. This is the central area of u200bu200bBerlin.
The room was clean, all amenities worked.
The room is fully consistent with the description.
There is one caveat, toothbrush and paste are not provided, so you should take this into account when planning your stay.
The breakfast is top notch, very good. A wide range of tasty and healthy food.
The only question was when I left. I received an invoice from the administrator with the amount to be debited, and after the debit, he gave me another invoice to sign, but there was a different amount, much less than the one that was debited. When I asked about this difference, the receptionist apologized and changed this second invoice. Such an error looked somehow strange and it spoiled the impression a little.

Nice staff, but when I called the reception about my TV, which wasn't working, they just hang up and did nothing about it. The food is okay, nothing to brag about but it's okay, the rooms nice and quiet large for the price. The toilets are good, except for the door. Overall a okay experience

A great stay, I will definitely come back to the H2. A very comfortable, clean room with a large bathroom. Location is a huge advantage of the hotel, it’s close to everywhere. Another plus is the convenient parking in the garage.
Very helpful staff, they explain everything exactly. I recommend!

Location is great but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The rooms are incredibly small, no wardrobe and the staff is not helpful, they occasionally have long queues in front of the reception because of that. I had an issue with my shower as it kept going between hot and cold, they didn't get it fixed during the time I stayed which is 6 days.

Fantastic location close to Alexanderplatz, good quality
European breakfast. Surprisingly little noise despite it's
location on a busy street, especially at the rear of the
building. Generally comfortable room, plus helpful staff!
- The WiFi was somewhat intermittent and did not always
give internet access. Shower temperature also a challenge to
regulate, but other than that generally very good!

I travelled here with a big group (75 people), the location was really great, the room decorations were nice, but the room were really small. There also were some stains on the wall, and the trash bin were really dirty, and smelled. (There was no trash in it)
