Good: Very clean. Good sound isolation from the outside.
Very polite staff.
Glad my room was close to the bathroom.

Bad: When booking, it does not say that the bathroom is shared. I thought i booked a private bathroom. The price is too high to share.
Linen need some upgrading. I was also cold. Too thin duvet (and I always have the opposite pb). I ended up using my scarf on top to sleep.
Instructions the facility sent need to be clear, so i was going up and down the stairs!
Note: Please when you send instructions for self check in, let people know that it is a flat and they have to open through the door that says 'excellent apartments' and then find your room number.
They were vacuuming early in the morning.
Overall, too expensive for what they offer.

Great apartments to use as a starting point to explore Berlin!

Friendly staff, spacious living room, clean bathroom and towel, comfy bed, nice kitchen. Wifi is fine. Location is superb, quiet neighbourhood while Hallesches Tor is just a two-minute walk. Although no breakfast included, but a very nice cafe (Hallesches Haus) is just located next to Hallesches Tor. I am travelling alone, but I reckon the apartment is also family and couple friendly. Self check-out is a bit early (10am) but easy.

The place is well maintained. We enjoyed the time here. Kitchen is well equipped and big enough.

Quiet and tidy. Good kitchen, enough of space in the room. It was a nice stay.
