As much as I like this pizza and it's my guilty pleasure to order it I have to think next time if I don't want to choose another pizzeria. Because this one always come to me cold and I have to put it into the hot oven (turn off already) for 5 mins. And it always take them a bit to much of a time to deliver it to me. I wonder why company decides to deliver pizza to my place from this spot if around my house I have closer domino's than this one. It's a pity.

Highly recommend NOT ordering from this branch! We ordered a pizza and prepaid for it and it never arrived. When we called to inform them that the pizza never arrived, they were very rude. They told us it did and told us it was not their fault. They wouldn't refund the money or even apologize or tell us where the pizza went. I have never had a such a bad experience before with Domino's before after this one, I won't order from them again.

After 2 years I decided to give them another go and what a waste of money… See the attached photo of the pizzabrötchen… I have no words to describe the absolute mess this is.

We never got the pizza!!
After 1h30m the pizza was still nowhere to be seen.
Then it took 9 times calling until we got someone on the phone so I could cancel the order and they still had the nerve to tell me it would be there in 20 minutes.
Since I payed with Paypal the person told me the "boss" was not there so they could not give me a refund!! I had to open a complaint on Paypal!

The cashier ditched me, I order two pizza and he key in one of them medium size. Unfortunately I check the receipt one I reached home. It was so disappointing experience for domino company in Berlin.

It was a busy hour so I was informed in advance that deliveries may take more time than usual. Pizza was good and service was friendly
