Niemals wieder! Ich war mit meiner Freundin für drei Nächte in dem "Hotel". Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad gebucht, als wir unseren Schlüssel bekamen, gehörte dieser zu einem kleinen ungepflegten Zweibettzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad! Als wir dies an der Rezeption klären wollten und unsere Rechnung auch vorzeigten, sagte man uns "ist nicht unser Problem, hier im System steht es anders" und dass wir uns bitte selbst bei check 24 in die Warteschlange setzen sollen um uns zu beschweren... Absolut schlechter Service meiner Meinung nach!! Hinzu kommen eklige Gerüche in Flur und Zimmer, im Gemeinschaftsbad saß die gesamten Tage das gleiche eklige Insekt in der Dusche... Und du kannst gefühlt die Menschen drei Zimmer weiter flüstern hören, sooo hellhörig.. Für den Preis hatten wir außerdem schon deutlich bessere Unterkünfte in Berlin... Rundherum ein Reinfall..

Wir haben eine Nacht als Geschäftsreisende gebucht. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem und direkt vor unserem Fenster haben die ganze Nacht 3 Baustrahler geleuchtet. Die schlecht qualitativen Gardinen konnten dieses Licht natürlich nicht abschirmen und somit war es die ganze Nacht taghell in unserem Zimmer.

Das schlimmste: die Information, dass es nur Gemeinschaftsbäder gibt, wurde bei der Buchung weggelassen. Das wäre nämlich ein guter Grund gewesen, dieses „Hotel“ gar nicht erst zu buchen. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen und 1/10 Sternen ist sogar ein Stern zu viel.
