hi, I booked the room expected the standards of the room worth for the money, but they gave me hostel room that very poor stands, no private shower, no sound isolation. When I requested to cancel and refund, they told me wait next day, I was pushed to stay one day, and a day after they told me to contact with manager, as a result I was told to not to given refund for the day I don’t stay, now they push me to stay another room demanding me to pay extra €10, I have no option, so I prefer to stay what they offer and I don’t want to give €10 more , they are using Ukraine war as opportunities to get money for hostel rooms that doesn’t worth that money (€100 per night) I request you to punish and disabled this Ukrain related advertising from this hotel. I don’t want other Ukrainian war victims to be disappointed.

+ Friendly receptionists, free parking, really clean rooms, there is a lowndary and a kitchen for guests, breakfasts are fine too

- shower in the room is having a wery low water pressure, it is impossible to take a shower with that drops, please, fix this.

My last visit There was bringing me a big stress. The Man who was in reception on 04 01 2022 at 7.30 pm was very unfriendly. Before I arrived I checked Price online and it was good so I came. But on arrival the reception Man gave me a Double price. I told I saw better price on website. Because my Phone battery was fiat I got back to my car, spent 10 min and came back showing this. So The Man got so angry that he refused to discuss with me because I do not trust him he will not service me. I was tired after 7 hours drive and did not ask his name and complaint book. But I do it when come back to Berlin

It was amazing ! Great hotel with really nice staff. Everything was clear, nice rooms, with all you need. Perfect beds and a very nice place to stay in if you come to Berlin. I really recomend this hostel!

This hotel is excellent to my taste, clean, good comfortable rooms and services, kind personnel and 24h open bar. It was a well made choice to go there.
