This is the german version of the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Hollywood Boulevard. Except that the names featured are Germans or of German origin. I didn't think much of the Hollywood version and not even heard of many of the German stars here, which makes it pretty boring.

I think you really need to be familiar with the subjects for it to be of interest. One for the locals I think.

the Boulevard of the stars, in is in the median strip of Potsdamer Strasse and it is recognizable by the red asphalt. What you have to do is to check inside the monocles along the way, and important German personalities and actors will appear in corrispondence of the stars on the floor.

I placed the visit of Potsdamer last, cause I really suggest you to spend also the evening here, the lights are incredible.

Nice concept, in a pretty area of the city.
Most of the cameras where you could see pictures of the stars, are broken. It’s a shame.

Just like Hollywood: At Potsdamer Platz, the greatest actors and directors of 120 years of German-speaking film and television history are commemorated with a star on the Boulevard of Stars. Marlene Dietrich, Armin Mueller-Stahl and the director Wim Wenders are some of the stars who have received the honour. The long "red carpet" with its glittering golden stars runs between the Sony Center – which houses the Film Museum and several cinemas – and the Potsdamer Platz. In so-called Star cameras, you can see the celebrities soar above their stars and have your photo taken with them.

This is the Berlin version of "Walk of Fame". It is nicely designed, but could ve better maintained. It is about German stars, so it was pretty unknown to me. But still a nice walk.
