Der Dr war sehr nett u meinte lieber etwas weniger spritzen und dann ggf nochmal nach spritzen wenn kein Erfolg.. auf Nachfrage zwecks nachspritzen keine Antwort mehr erhalten! Desweiteren habe ich eine Rechnung verlangt mir wurde versichert diese per Email zukommen zu lassen.. ich habe bis heute keine Rechnung erhalten. Für mich absolute Geld Verschwendung

Habe mir hier das erste mal meine Lippen machen lassen und bin sehr zufrieden. Super Beratung, Dr. Termann ist sehr sympathisch und das Ergebnis ist fantastisch geworden.

Kleine Ergänzung zu meiner damals noch überaus positiven Bewertung: Mitte Januar hätte ich meine zweite Lippenunterspritzung haben sollen. 3 Stunden vorher wurde diese wegen eines Corona-Falls in der Praxis abgesagt. Habe mich für die Information bedankt und gefragt, ob ich selbstständig einen neuen Termin machen muss oder ob das Praxis Team sich melden wird, da es in ihrer Nachricht hieß „wir müssen Ihren Termin auf nächste Woche verschieben“. Keine Antwort. Habe dann heute, 4 Wochen später geschrieben, dass es schade ist, dass keine Antwort mehr kam. Darauf schrieb man mir, dass ich einen neuen Termin einfach online vereinbaren soll, das würde am schnellsten gehen. Ernsthaft? Ihr sagt mir meinen Termin ab, behauptet er würde nächste Woche stattfinden und dann soll es auch noch meine Aufgabe sein, einen neuen Termin zu vereinbaren?
