Staff is efficient and friendly, very clean. Plenty of Ampelman merchandise.

I got my Ampfelmann t-shirt, so it was mission accomplished. Yep, a bit pricey for a t-shirt, but I can't get them just anywhere. And there were plenty of any Ampfelmann paraphernalia to fill your needs, though the store on Unter den Linden a bit to the west was larger.
