No idea about the Zahnarts!
I just went there for cosmetic and beauty related stuff!
The eye prp was awful!! The receptionist was applying it! Which was really wierd! It was my fault that I didn’t ask for sb else! I usually did this befire and u dont have so much bruises! But she did it so fast then i have to big black eyes for more than 16 days ????????????
I gave 3 star because of the LPG was really good and efficient but still they have to give you persistent sessions but they cancel in the middle so i had to find another one!! But the results of the sessions and the lady who performed the massage was really good ! Otherwise I would give 1 star for what happened to my eyes! ( again i did this pro before and after this tragedy never bruised like this one ) ????

I have called them 100s of times, and not even exaggerating as I bought a Groupon. But they never pick up their phone or call back. They worst service so far. I eventually returned my voucher and got my money back.

Die Medizinische Kosmetik Abteilung ist absolut unzuverlässig!!! Nach dem mein erste Termin für Radiofrequenz Behandlung kurz vorher abgesagt worden ist, was ja schon sehr enttäuschend war….wurde der auf 5 Wochen später gelegt. Der wäre nun in 3 Tagen. Heute haben sie mich nicht mal angerufen, (vermutlich haben sie sich nicht getraut) sondern mein Termin per sms WIEDER abgesagt! Es tut mir Leid…aber dafür hab ich nun KEIN Verständnis mehr. Wenn eure Kapazität es nicht her gibt….vereinbart bitte keine Termine!!! Nach dem aber ich nun die neueste Bewertung gelesen habe….will ich gar nicht mehr in diese Praxis. Unsaubere kosmetische Geräte!? Das geht wohl gar nicht! Nicht empfehlenswert.

Heute hatte ich einen Termin zum Lasern. Trotz Termin musste ich 40 min warten. Irgendeine Mitarbeiterin sollte mich anrufen und mir mitteilen das ich später kommen soll, jedoch hat mich keiner angerufen!! Die Mitarbeiterin die mich am Empfang begrüßt hat, war sehr unfreundlich. Sie hatte eine arrogante Art und hat mir ein schlechtes Gefühl gegeben, so als ob ich das aller Letzte bin!! Ich weiß nicht was Ihr Problem war, evtl. das ich keine aufgespritzten Lippen und keine Fake Wimpern habe. Die Praxis wirkt an sich ok, sah auf den ersten Blick sauber aus. Im Behandlungszimmer war das Gerät mit welchem ich behandelt werden sollte dreckig! Die wollte tatsächlich das schmutzige Gerät benutzen! Nach Reinigung hatte ich kein gutes Gefühl! Des Weiteren tat die Behandlung weh, obwohl sie sagte man würde nichts merken!
Wöre das Personal netter und die Praxis sauber, wäre alles in Ordnung aber noch einmal würde ich dort nicht hingehen! Schade das man keine minus Punkte vergeben kann!

So I waited again and of course nothing came again! I've never seen anything like that in my life for an appointment at the nail salon. Extremely unprofessional. Does not work at all. My conclusion and maybe some advice. Invest your money in another center. If there are already problems with appointments, I don't want to know how their work is .. I was probably lucky in the misfortune.????????

Vor einiger Zeit, hat man mir einen Termin für einen kleinen ästhetischen Eingriff gegeben (Lippen). Ich mich also gefreut und innerlich darauf vorbereitet, weil ich ein wenig aufgeregt war. Dann kam eine WhatsApp Nachricht, dass mein Temin verschoben werden muss. Mhm okey kann passieren dann beim nächsten Termin. Und wieder kurz davor abgesagt und dieses Mal auch keinen neuen Termin angeboten also versuchte ich immer und immer wieder das Center zu erreichen. Natürlich vergebens und auf Nachrichten wurde auch nicht eingegangen aber gelesen.????Also schrieb ich eine letzte Nachricht per WhatsApp natürlich, weil man auf anderen Wegen keinen erreichen konnte. Auf meine Kritik kam prompt eine Antwort und neue leere Versprechungen. Also wartete ich wieder und natürlich kam wieder einmal nichts! Sowas habe ich in meinem Leben nicht einmal für einen Termin beim Nagelstudio erlebt. Äußerst unprofessionell. Geht gar nicht. Mein Fazit und vielleicht auch Rat. Investiert euer Geld in ein anderes Center. Wenn es schon bei Terminen hapert, möchte ich nicht wissen, wie deren Arbeit ist.. Wahrscheinlich hatte ich Glück im Unglück.????????

Meine erste Behandlung verlief ganz durchschnittlich. Leider gab es an diesem Tag keine Rezeptionistin, sodass die Kosmetikerin bei jedem Klingeln den Raum verlassen musste.

Meine zweite Behandlung kam gar nicht erst zu Stande. Angeblich wurde ich am Vortag angerufen und hätte den Termin abgesagt, was nicht der Fall war. Somit habe ich einen halben Arbeitstag verschwendet. Zwar wurde mir ein Ersatztermin angeboten, jedoch erst in acht Wochen.

Durch diesen schlechten Kundenservice kann ich nur empfehlen sich, für kosmetische Behandlungen, ein anderes Unternehmen zu suchen
