My AirPod Pro headphones and charger were stolen INSIDE our room but the guesthouse refused to compensate. The cleaning lady came and emptied our trash AND my AirPod Pro was STOLEN. Reported to the cops.

The guesthouse manager even asked whether I locked the door or lost it somewhere and made up the whole story. UNBELIEVABLE! NO ONE in this world would take a picture of every corner in the guest room before leaving or proof that I lock the door every time leaving the room.

NEVER stay at this place or all your valuables would be stolen.

A perfect place if you want to meet chill people who will accept you. Very LGBT friendly, can't wait to come back one day

Good location, near metro station. Clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds, really good breakfast!
We stayed in one of the two bed rooms, and we had to share the bathroom with another couple, so it was really convenient.
Staff is nice and helpful, view is stunning!
Worth it for it's price and would highly recommend staying here!

The elevator was so slow ...jus don't like e setting ...only advantage is its near the train station ...the breakfast people who served the buffet were so rude ...most things where jus dry ...food display not tempting

We played a worship concert at the CVJM. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We loved it.

It is Good, tasty breakfast and nice beds. Good location to travel around Berlin.

Great place to stay overnight and meet nice people. Sometimes there are creative events here.
