One of the mosr classy brunch and coffee options in the city I’d say. Feels like a time travel in way, but a good one. The breakfast is great to share and you can have long, cosy and very authentic West-Berlin times there. Important to mention though: comes with high than normal price tag, but worth it ;)

Beautiful place, a little aristocratic, a little cold and expensive. 6€ for Latte Macchiato.
You need a reservation in the morning.
I was not amazed by the breakfast, but there is variety.
It is, however, a place that someone must visit at least once.

Great Vienna feeling but with better coffee! I also got a club sandwich what was very tasty and and incredibly generous size! For Berlin standards a bit on the pricy side but that's ok for a change.

The place has a beautiful historical look. The food and service are as close to perfection as you can get and the staff are friendly. It's a must visit place for dinner and drinks but also great for events like weddings or birthday parties.

Quintessentially German establishment (at least it seemed so to me). Good choice of beers, had a lovely Reisling and used it to wash down an excellent Schnitzel and white asparagus. Great atmosphere inside. Well worth a visit.

Our main course of pork with turnip mash was delicious but the dessert of Kaiserschmarrn was dry and sad. Our waiter seemed to resent having to serve us. And consequently Service was extremely slow. I used to love this place…what happened? Why are the staff so burned out seeming? Maybe it was just our burly waiter. Maybe something to do with management? The garden is still lovely.

Great place to go for strudel (including cherry/poppy seed) and with nice outdoor area.
