Building is amazing, great location in a hub of 4 metro lines in the gay area. Amazing design. Good attentions in the room when you arrive (but enjoy as no one will care after and your room will never be cleaned).

BUT

Don’t expect any service as there is NO ONE in this hotel. You will only see some cleaning staff sometimes.

- Don’t expect your room to be cleaned or refreshed. You need to wait 7 days and every request will be a big favour.
- Nobody checks the room. I had no shower gel for 24h.
- Need toilet paper ? towel ? you need to go by yourself at the laundry
- Your garbage will remain full. If you ask for help they will explain you how to throw it :)
- A whatsapp is put at your disposal and you can contact virtual people all the time but there is absolutely no follow-up and they don’t know if what you asked for has been fixed. After some messages you will understand people change often, are quite junior and have quickly a limited sense of hospitality.

Whenever I asked the hotel to discuss about my experience, they declined.

AMAZING location, right across the street from a subway station. Rooms are clean and beautifully designed. Get a balcony if you can - nice city views.

Check-in was so easy. They texted us a check-in code that we could use for the building and our room. Extra towels were available in the laundry room. Heads up that there’s no cleaning service during your stay. Wasn’t a huge problem for us because we only stayed a few days.

Definitely staying here next time we’re in Berlin!

A new and clean apartment in a nice building, a minute from train station and a supermarket. But after you get there no one really cares about you although they have a hot line and seems to answer quickly. Room had an open shower, not so comfortable when you have a teenager that needs some privacy. Although I spoke with them after I made the reservation and they sent a picture of a different room. When I arrived and complained they said that they're fully booked and can't help me.
The lack of responsibility continued when the safe
wasn't locking and the said they will fix it but didn't.
If you decide to go there make sure the room does not face the street because you can hear the trains all the time.
Breakfast in the nearby restaurant was sufficient.

DO NOT STAY HERE! extremely noisy and incompetent service. Right next to train station and trains screech loudly all day. Customer service only via Whatsapp who does not relay everything to onsite team. Also team says one thing and does not follow through. Onsite people have no idea what is going on in the hotel, and unhelpful for literally anything. Only 1 washer dryer on site. Dryer broke during my stay and they replaced it with a clothes rack. So all guests have to dry their laundry on 1 rack together lol. If you stay here, you will regret it.

Well arranged drift rooms for reasonable rates. Breakfast costs very heavy. Location and systems of the place are all technology savvy and helpful.

Trains across the road, all connections. No change to Olympic stadium., WiFi wasn't great. Clean spacious rooms. Would use again for sure

Had trouble with the shower, which didn't drain. We had a short stay of two nights and nothing was done to fix it.
The WiFi wasn't working during our stay.
The bed was incredibly creaky and disturbed our sleep.
