Booked 3 times in 2 weeks, 1 course cancelled and 2 courses people didn't show up in morning time at 9.00. Tried to call few time without reply or calling back. Very bad service and bad organisation. Shame the team and materials are good.

Fun Team, Professional Trainers and i feel welcomed every single time i go there (14 months and counting). Looking forward to every training i have. Whole hearty recommended!

Super Trainer und Training war immer sehr gut. Leider hat der neue Chef entschieden, dass er Kunden, die von Urbansports kommen, als Kunden zweiter Klasse behandeln möchte. Samstagstermine werden nur noch an feste Mitglieder bei Bodystreet vergeben. Wäre in Ordnung gewesen, wenn man es von Anfang angewusst hätte. Die spätere Änderung ist allerdings eine Frechheit. Man kauft die Klamotten und die Karte und kann dann nicht mehr trainieren kommen. Ich hatte mich bewusst für dieses Studio entschieden, da mir Samstage am besten passen. Sehr schade. Wenigstens mit Kunden, die bereits regelmäßig kommen, hätte man diese Änderung ja absprechen können. Man hätte sicher eine Lösung gefunden.
