Worst KFC branch. Better to visit Alexanderplatz branch or other KFC. The staffs were highly impolite. First of all, they gave wrong order, then missed the mayo. When I asked staffs they were not polite and laughing. This happened not only for me but also happened to the next customer. And about the food. The chicken wings were tasted totally different than other KFC and it is not dark brownish. I guess didn't cook well. This branch I would never recommend. Even 1 * isn't eligible this branch.

Everything was nice except the washroom, the dustbin was full so the tissues were just on the floor

Very nice chicken wing and burger. Not the best chicken bites. Location for a Berliner is rather poor but I was around and I enjoyed the taste. Unfortunately there is no good space around to sit and eat it in calm (Covid times) but I was horrible hungry. Area around is iconic but also super ugly. I have waited a bit for my order but I knew that guys before me made big order.

The staff seems to be a bit disorganized sometimes, but they are not. The place is usually busy during lunch hours due to the close proximity to the (former allied) Checkpoint Charlie. If you like the Colonel's offer of food, you're good to go.

Toilet was locked, guys react on the line after 5 minutes. There’s no soap and no hand sanitizer.
My burger was customized with extra bacon at the kiosk but in fact no changes has been applied.

Just tried the 5 fur 5 euro box, and it was disappointing to see that the pic from the publicity is not accurate with what you get with this mini burger

It is one of the worst places I've ever been. When we arrive to buy, the girl in the desk was so unfriendly with us, she never was kind and when we asked her to be a bit more polite she refused totally.
It was in the night shift on Saturday 12 of September.
Also she was not wearing her mask in a place where people go to eat.
Definitely the WORST KFC ever!
