Wonderful place to visit, with a magnificent park around a very beautiful neoclassical building. The internal facilities are modern and fully accessible. It also has a great cafe, with delicious apple pie. In spring and summer the hours should be extended so that it was possible to enjoy this beautiful place more.

An amazing Palace in Biesdorf with such a beautiful park around. Pretty and quite green place, there is also fenced quiet area to read. Nice place to be, walk, sit, do yoga, make pictures, whatever, worth to visit. There is also an open stage.

Biesdorf Palace is nestled in a beautiful public park. The garden architect of the first park is none other than the talented Lenné student and Berlin Tiergarten director Eduard Neide (1818-1883). Neide later also designed the Colonnade Courtyard on Berlin's Museum Island - today part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

After 1889, the royal horticultural director Albert Brodersen (1857 - 1930) redesigned the park, which was expanded to almost 15 hectares, and equipped it with, among other things, the most modern sports facilities of the time. Brodersen created an effective distribution of light and shade in the park, modeled a varied terrain and cleverly used the visual relationships to the surroundings. The castle with its southern charm serves as an eye-catcher for him time and again.

Every year, the traditional Biesdorf park stage invites visitors to open-air concerts and a varied stage program. But today's garden monument - with pond, historic ice cellar, curved paths, wide lawns and a valuable old tree population - is an experience in every season. In spring, ancient crocus meadows bloom here, in summer it is pleasantly cool and shady under the large trees, autumn bathes everything in red and gold, and in winter an enchanted silence reigns.

Nice place. Old small castle surrounded by nature. You can buy a coffee and take a walk around the castle.

Beautiful and quiet place but food and drinks are relatively expensive. Best spent walking around and relaxing or going for a jog outside.
