Highly recommended!!

Excellent customer service, even though I was making enquiries about a vehicle from abroad.
Fulfilled all my requests including short video clips of both the inside and outside of the vehicle.
All replies were prompt and written with a sense of excitement.
Got me through the purchasing process in a stress free manner.
He even send me a picture of the car leaving the dealership!

Looking forward to receive the car in a few days!

The picture perfectly demonstrates the kind of respect and customer care that this place has with the customers: that's the keychain they give you on your key after having several problems which will be described below.

The car was purchased on the 30th of March and collected on the 16th of April after the registration process. On the delivery I was informed that the second key of the car was lost (which is totally absurd) and I should wait until up to end of May to "see if the key would be found again, otherwise a new one would be ordered". First point: How irresponsible can a dealership be to just lose the key of a car? They had two weeks to find the key or to order a new one and didn't need to bother the customer with such huge irresponsibility.

After some time I was informed that the key was found and I should book an appointment to reactivate it on the car. I spent my time and fuel to go there just to be informed that the found key was not working and they would need to order a new one. Second point: How complex can it be to just verify if everything works as expected before making the customer spend their time going there just to find out the key doesn't work?

On today's appointment I finally received the key with this "wonderful" keychain. When I bought my previous Toyota car at least the dealership was decent enough to deliver both keys and to give a proper keychain to the CUSTOMER, showing that they at least CARE.

It's unbelievable that a brand like BMW doesn't have a policy to show the customer some appreciation for spending his time and fuel to solve a problem that they caused themselves. What kind of customer care is this? It seems like there's no idea of what to do to make the customer happy, so maybe you should ask to some competitors and learn from them.
