Yesterday I was bringing my cat, which was really sick. Unfortunately he died on the way. The staff was so nice and friendly and helped me so much with all the option for the disposal. That has made the whole process smooth and less hard. What I can say is just thank you for the professionality and the support on this hard moment.

!!!Stay away!!!
The worse clinic I ever been to.
Unprofessional and Unfriendly staff.

We arrived with our dog as an emergency and we were informed he need an operation, the doctor didn't prepare any document and didn't give the right treatment.
We needed to pay a ridicules fee for no service.

Our dog got bitten during lunch time and we rushed him here to get his ear stitched up. The staff was friendly even though my dog was freaked out and difficult to handle. I was crying while he was inside the vet's rooms and the reception made sure I had tissues and showed a lot of empathy. Even though the language barrier is bit tough in ER situations, I tried my best German and we met halfway when discussing more details.

If you love your animal you will not take it to this vet.
I lived in 4 countries in Europe, had numerous pets, so i visited lots of vets, and i can honestly say this is the absolute far far the worst vet i ever visited.
They are so rude and entitled. They don't answer their phone, but prefer to keep you waiting for hours in their waiting room, and that’s not easy with my reactive dog.
They charge 3x more than other vets in Berlin.

As i can read they declined a person with a epileptic dog that was in need of emergency help, until the owner deletes a old negative review he posted a while ago.
This is absolutely sick, these people shouldn’t be allowed to have business where they work with animals in need.
I hope owner will report them.

After reading that I’m even more disgusted with them.

Don't go there on a Sunday if you have rats! My rat had breathing problems, they barely inspect him, just weighted him and took his temperature rather clumsily and gave him antibiotics. He didn't get any better and died 2 days later.
I had to pay 155€ for this, it is really outrageous!

Caring and proficient, English-speaking staff who handled a late night emergency with calm and expertise. I really hope it doesn’t, but if such a situation did arise again, this would be our first port of call.

The vet took his time to check my dog from top to bottom to see what's wrong and he didn't get intimidated by his frightened nature! I felt well looked after and I didn't end up with a massive bill in the end. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I know I found a new vet that I can trust with my pets!
