The hotel is lack of service, commniciation and humanity, will NEVER recommend this hotel especillay for those people go there FOR BUSINESS. Fire alarm went off for NO REASONS at 3.00AM, everyone went outside for a long time, and got freezing at the middle of the night. Seriously affect guest's rest, especially if you have an important meeting the next day. After that, no apologise or any explanation about this situtaion. Staffs' attitude are especially bad: I had an important international parcel sent to this hotel, informed the hotel 1 week ahead and they agreed. However, the hotel refused to accept the parcel when Custom clearance called them for validation, caused the delay at clearance for 2 weeks. Thus casued I cannot receive during the stay at hotel. On the check-out day, I told reception the parcel will arrive a few days, asked them to receive for me, and told them I will ask someone to pick up at hotel once it arrived. They agreed, but refuse to receive the parcel again when parcel arrived. The hotel is lack of reputation, no communications with cutomers/ or with their own colleagues, just refuse to provide any services for the customers, even they have promised. AND AT LAST, IT ENDED UP CAUSING ME TO LOST MY PARCEL.
