I had a very positive experience in this travel clinic, the staff is super friendly and professional. They advised me about the vaccinations I had to take for my travel in a transparent and competent way. Almost no waiting time when I went there to get the vaccines shots. Everybody in the clinic speaks a perfect English. I can't think of any negative aspect, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

I went there twice, 1st for a consultation, and then a follow up vaccination and everybody was really nice and friendly.
The doctors explained everything really clearly and took time to answer all my questions.
Absolutely no problems for communication in English :)

go to charité they charge you for the vaccine only and are super professional! Don’t go to BCTI they are super unprofessional, its not about what you really need it’s about how much money they can make. They charge 30-50€ per vaccination more than Charité!

Friendly staff and timely service. They could use a better way to give the results instead of asking the patient to check on the portal voluntarily. A simple email or text notification when the result is available could be very useful.

The price for a COVID test is on the higher side, €123. But thay do provide a good service.

Easy check-in even though we were late and filled in our appointment wrong online ???? The doctor was also great! She spoke English and explained everything clearly. They don't seem too busy as we were able to get our yellow fever vaccine at the same time!

Intransparent invoice with false cost positions. Doctors try to ‚sell‘ more vaccines than necessary. Very unhappy. Would never go there again.

The best place to go for the RT-PCR test. I just walked in after being turned down by 3 Hausarzts with prior appoitments. Team was very welcoming and soft spoken. They speak English. The doctor who took my swab test was so polite, sweet and down to earth. I got my results in 24 hours though they mention 48 hours maximum. They charged 123 euros. Only cash or card acceptable. It took me 30 mins. Its good to go with an appointment though. I had to register at the reception since I walked in with no prior notice. Social distancing and sanitisation was strictly followed. I recommed this place for quick tests.
