Bryan took me and my girlfriend on a private tour of Potsdam, the historic home of the German Kaiser. I cannot say enough positive things about this tour.

For starters, Bryan is unbelievably knowledgeable. We peppered him with questions about every single building, and he was able to answer every single one. He added a ton of color to the tour, making characters like Kaiser Wilhelm II spring to life. At one point we passed a rally for the local Green party (elections in Brandenburg were taking place later that week), and found that Bryan was just as informed about modern Germany as he was about the history of Potsdam.

What really made the tour, though, was how personable Bryan is. Lots of guides are knowledgeable, but their tours have a scripted feel. It was obvious that Bryan was actively determining what we were most interested in and tailoring the tour towards those interests. I left the tour wishing I could be best friends with him.

Definitely the highlight of a week-long trip to Berlin

Bryan was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and shared what he knew about the places in Germany and Italy that we visited in such a way he was able to engage a group of high school students with ease. He quickly became part of our group. I would highly recommend him as a tour guide.

I just came back from a 17 day tour to Germany and Italy with my school and it was one of the best experiences ever. Bryan, hands down was the most insightful and awesome tour guide there is and I loved every moment of his tour. He always knew what he was talking about and always loved answering questions about the different places we went to. The one thing I loved is his way of making history and learning fun. We had a scavenger hunt on our trip and this made us work in small groups to navigate around Rome whilst learning and seeing the tourist hot spots. This resulted in my team winning and going on a private tour with Bryan to Ponte Vecchio which made the whole thing worth it. He made us feel safe and well supported the whole time. Thank you again Bryan for making my trip so amazing!!!!

The When in Berlin tour (Bryan Fellbusch's tour specifically) came highly recommended to me via a colleague. Before we even arrived in the country, Brian was an exceptional help - offering hotel recommendations (both in Berlin and in other cities we were travelling to in Europe). When the day finally arrived, Brian was an exceptional guide and we ranked this tour as one of the highlights of our two weeks in Europe.
Brian offered a very unique perspective on the City and the state of the Country.

I can't recommend this company enough and I hope to connect with them again soon.

We recently visited Berlin and were fortunate enough to find When in Berlin Tours to show us the best of the city, it’s incredible culture, food, coffee and nightlife. If you want to truly experience the best of the city and eat where the locals do, you must meet the amazing guides at When In Berlin. Bryan has incredible knowledge of the history and culture and will not lead you astray with recommendations on the best spots to visit.

Passionate to share a city they love.

Not only do they have a wealth of knowledge about all the well known spots u0026 the "must-see" sights of Berlin; but are also happy to guide you towards true local favourites such as the best coffee in a nearby suburb, to awesome food and restaurants that a guidebook, or even a temp summer worker would never know about.

They gave me my best memories in all of Europe
