Cosy place, go a bit from the beach, get through a hole in the fence and sit by the lake to get some privacy at this amazing location. Clean water, not very crowded, stunning nature. This is something I will remember from my trip to Berlin.

The best lake that I visited in Berlin (until now). The vegetation around is gorgeous. Clean water. Not so big, neither so small. At the right size. Many beaches around it, with good trails connecting each other. It is easily accessible via U-Bahn and there is a supermarket nearby to buy things for a picnic. Really cool vibe, with people from all ages and backgrounds enjoying together. Great program for a hot summer day.

Yeah it's ok, but it's pretty busy and they started enforcing the Naturschutzgebiet which means you can't sit round much of the edge of the lake. In the authorised areas it's pretty packed and you sit on sand/soil. It's a nice walk round the lake though.

Great place to escape during a hot day. It's clean and not very crowded.

We love visiting this lake. Enough Badestelle to spread out the crowds, nice quiet water. Very clean water as well. Pity about the cigarette butts in the sand which is not a fault of the lake but of the people who visit

It is quiet and the water very clean. A bit more sand would make it more comfortable when lying down but overall beautiful place.

Limited space and difficult to find a good place ???? but nice for swimmers. Personally not recommended for new swimmers
