Amazing food! We ordered about 7 different things and all of them were delicious. I can especially recommend the tuna in truffle ponzu, the octopus (if you are into that) and the matcha cheesecake. The place has a nice atmosphere and staff were very friendly. They also have a good wine and cocktail selection. Service was a bit slow, which adds to the 4 stars.

Very delicious food and drink! I have to say this is one of the best Japanese restaurants in Berlin (thought I'm not sure it's run by Japanese, if that's a concern for someone). The sashimi was super fresh. The tempura tasted very authentic (the fried part and the sauce too). Staff was very friendly. Atmosphere was nice and enjoyable.

The restaurant’s atmosphere and decoration are super nice and the staff are great too. The food though is very overpriced considering the amount and quality of it.
I don’t recommend the Chirashi bowl, it was quite small and ordinary.
We ordered at least 13 plates, and they all had a “but”.

An absolutely fantastic dining experience. Amazing and exquisite cuisine, impeccable and friendly service and unique and tasty drinks. Ensure you make a reservation before going as the buzz is out on this wonderful place. Our waitress Kelly gave us some great suggestions for rolls and we truly enjoyed every moment spent there. If you looking for great Asian cuisine, this is the place to try it!

We enjoyed each and every moment. A wonderful restaurant, great food and service, the music was good, I will come back and definitely recommend!

Unfortunately there is nothing special in this place, excluding the bill. The food is nice, well presented but not exceptional considering the portions and the price.
Moreover, it lacks identity: it's not a real Japanese restaurant, not a wine or a cocktail bar. Service is hasty and unpersonalized, rolls are small and tend to open up at the first touch, knives and forks everywhere, wine by the glass, a choice of three beers and no sake by the bottle. If you are looking for sushi and sashimi in Berlin or for a real Japanese experience, I would strongly recommend you to look elsewhere.

Modern. Sophisticated. Delicious. Fresh. Creative. Japanese food served in a clean and beautiful dinning room by friendly, professional staff. The best sushi in Berlin. Amazing grilled octopus. Flavorfull soups and smart salads. Good size portions, beautiful presentations, super delicious flavors and fresh ingredients. THE CATCH is our go to spot for celebrating a birthday, graduation or out of town guests visiting Berlin.
