It’s a good place to stay. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bunk beds did not squeak when somebody turned. The furniture was solid. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The subway is five minutes walk away. It wasn’t loud in the rooms or neighborhood. The only thing we disliked : the view from the rooms balconies is not showing the green trees but a massive apartment block building. Very ugly. In that Appartement block you could find a supermarket, pharmacy and playground and high standard Italian restaurant though.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the breakfast is 10/10. However, for a long stay we would have loved a fridge.

We also had two injuries whilst staying there:

1) On the balcony was a sharp metal that isn't secured. Obviously can imagine what happened next.

2) The shower is super slippery and I personally fell and now sit with a muscle injury. I even went to the hospital for this.

Overall the experience was OK and nothing more.

Stayed a few nights when visiting Berlin with the family. The hotel is easy to reach by car and parking on the street outside the hotel is free. The area around the hotel is a quiet residential area and city center can be reached by S-bahn in 25 min (station located 10 min walk from the hotel).

Very close to the Waldbühne and to the Grunewald (for hiking), very nice stuff

Great budget-friendly place to stay when you are exploring Berlin. It is set in a calm neighborhood but close to the train that takes you through all major touristic hotspots. The breakfast is not superb, but definitely has everything you need whether you are a savory or sweet type.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and the rooms were fine. Breakfast selection is wide and everything in good order. Our room suffered a water damage. The staff moved our belongings to a larger room whilst we were away for the day and offered a compensation.

Mind you that breakfast and parking is extra. So whilst the hotel will list as quite cheap, the price you end up paying if opting for these things is quite a lot higher.

The hotel is a 7 minute walk from the Pichelsberg S-Bahn station, which made access to the city centre a breeze.

The rooms are big, with a very nice view. Easy to get to the public transport (bus or S). Breakfast is delicious!
The only problem was the Internet that did not work during our stay...
