Ich habe dort parallel zum Boxtraining in der Bruno- Gehrke- Halle trainiert, weil mein Boxtrainer Mittwochs immer im Triftal trainieren ließ.
An den Kickboxkursen habe ich auch teilgenommen. Es war eine schöne Zeit. In dem Gebäude ist zudem ein Kraftraum und draußen kann man Tennis spielen.
