Hatten nun mehrfach verbrannte Pizzabrötchen.Gestern hab ich mich dann mal beschwert und die Dame die zuerst am Telefon war ,war sehr höflich und nett wir hatten ein nette sgespräch und sie direkt eine Lösung.sie holte einen Kollegen der das absetzen sollte und man hörte ihn schon von weitem durchs Telefon wettern das ihre Lösung nicht inordnung sei.Er kam mehr als unhöflich und rüpelhaft ans Telefon und malte mich sofort an.als ich ihm in Ruhe versuchte zu erklären was das Problem ist unterbrach er mich mehrfach und hörte nicht richtig zu.
Irgendwann war ich leider auch etwas wütend und sagte ihm et solle dann die Lieferung wieder abholen lassen und das ich mein Geld zurück möchte ...weder die Abholung noch die Erstattung der Kosten wurde bisher erledigt.ich bin absolut wütendenttäuscjt und bestelle nie wieder bei pizzaboy.

Zudem ist eine Unmöglichkeit das bei einer Kette die Preise so variieren und es keine Möglichkeiten für sonderbestellungen online gibt.

Zu viele Gründe nie wieder bei pizzaboy zu bestellen.schade für die nette Dame am Telefon.
