Ich muss hier mal was allgemein los werden. Habe für meine Oma ein Pflegegrad beantrag ,weil meine Oma 80 Jahre alt ist eine schwere Rückenoperation hatte einen kleinen Gehirn Tumor und das restless Syndrom (Kribbelbeine) hat... Habe den Antrag dann gestellt und es wurde eine telefonische begutachten durchgeführt , die zu dem Schluss gekommen ist das kein Pflegegrad vorliegt ... Ich weiß das ich dagegen Wiederspruch einlegen kann und bis vor Gericht gehen kann und mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit gewinnen werde . Aber ich weiß auch ganz genau ,weil ich selber krank bin was das für ein Aufwand ist und Kraft kostet und ich das meiner Oma einfach nicht zumuten kann.Will damit nur sagen ,das es einfach nur ein Geschäft ist wo ihr Geld verdienen müsst und immer alles versucht bloß nicht zahlen zu müssen im diesem Sinne schämt euch liebe Barmer.

Ganz tolle krankenkasse.
Hatte heute von meiner zahnärztin einen kosten und heilplan ausgehändigt bekommen,den ich bei der bek einreichen sollte,zwecks kostenübernahme.
Mir gruselte vor ewig langen bearbeitungszeiten,rückfragen und gar einer ablehnung.
Nix davon!! Einfach hingegangen,meine zahnfee hiess Herr Ramerte( sorry,falls der name nicht ganz richtig geschrieben ist),der sich sofort kümmerte,und mir mit unglaublicher freundlichkeit und lockerheit innerhalb von einer stunde alles zahnarztfertig gemacht hat.
