Hello, an unfortunate situation has occurred. When ordering at a self-service kiosk, I scanned a coupon for a free ice cream, which I spent accumulative points on. But it was not possible to pay because the kiosk is not equipped with a contactless payment system. I printed out a check to place an order through the cashier. At the checkout, they told me that I need to pay 2.79 euros for ice cream. I think there was an error in the system - it's unpleasant. I am very disappointed with the service at McDonald's. I ask you to look into this situation and find out whether it was a technical error or an employee error.
